The Owner, Streamline PA Hire Ltd, agrees to lease the Equipment to the Hirer, and the Hirer agrees to lease the Equipment from the Owner in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement.

Deposit 

​

To secure the booking a deposit of £50 is payable in advance, the balance is payable on or before the day of the event.  

​

Cancellation 

​

If the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the booking then the deposit will be refunded in full.  

​

Hire Periods   

​

1 day is 24 hours, or any part thereof.  

1 week is 7 days, or any part thereof, greater than 1 day.  

1 month is 28 days or any part thereof, greater than 1 week.

Delivery & Pick Up 

​

Delivery and pick-up to/from the agreed address is included in the rental fee.  Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be on the day of the booking and pick up shall be the day following the final day of the booking.

Set-Up & Demonstration 

​

All equipment hired will be set up upon delivery and a demonstration of how to operate the equipment will be given. Written instructions will also be provided.

  

The Hirer agrees to: 

​

• Use the equipment carefully and for its intended purpose 

• Comply with the operation instructions provided 

• Pay for any loss, damage or repairs to the equipment that arises from misuse or negligence 

• Not alter/modify the equipment without the permission of the owner 

• Equipment must not be moved from agreed premises.
